Job Description

RIKAS Hospitality Group is seeking talented and experienced Bartenders to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service and crafting delicious beverages.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and recipes.
• Engage with guests, recommend and suggest drinks based on their preferences.
• Ensure the bar area is well-stocked, organized, and clean at all times.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments through the designated POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of current menu items, promotions, and special events.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Upsell additional food and beverage items to maximize sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Comply with all liquor regulations and policies to ensure responsible alcohol service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume hospitality establishment.
• Excellent knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
