Education:
- Secondary // Bachelor Degree / Diploma
Experience
- 1-3 Years of Experience
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes in accordance with recipes.
- Plan and coordinate menu selections with kitchen staff.
- Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet the restaurant’s standards.
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve culinary excellence.
Education and Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Cook, specializing in South Indian cuisine.
- Knowledge of South Indian cooking techniques and traditional recipes.
