Experience
- 1-3 Years of Experience on Related Field
Education:
- High school/ Bachelor degree/ Diploma in related field
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff on assigned floors
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas
- Inspect rooms and report maintenance issues
- Train and mentor housekeeping team members
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs
- Uphold Accor Hotel’s service standards
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is an advantage
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with hotel software and systems
