- Relay messages accurately and promptly
- Handle emergencies and coordinate with relevant departments
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
Education and Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a telephone operator or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with hotel operations is a plus
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism
