Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of gardeners in daily tasks and projects.
- Plan and coordinate landscaping activities to achieve desired outcomes.
- Monitor and maintain the health and appearance of plants and outdoor areas.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in gardening and landscaping.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance overall property aesthetics.
Education and Qualification:
- Diploma or degree in Horticulture, Landscape Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Team Leader Gardener or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of plant care, landscaping techniques, and horticultural practices.
