Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival.
• Address guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
• Coordinate special requests and arrangements for guests.
• Obtain and act on guest feedback to improve services.
• Handle and resolve guest concerns or issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Organize and implement guest engagement initiatives.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in relevant hospitality software.
