Education

• 1-2 Years of Experience On Related Field 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the daily operations of the outlet.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experiences.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
