Job Summary:

Emaar Properties, a leading real estate development company in Dubai, is seeking dedicated and skilled Construction Laborers to join our construction team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects by performing a range of manual labor tasks. Your hard work and commitment will contribute to the successful completion of our projects and the delivery of high-quality structures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and obstructions.
• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Mix and pour concrete for foundations, walls, and other structures.
• Dig trenches, ditches, and excavations according to project requirements.
• Assist in the installation of building frameworks, including scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Operate basic hand tools, such as shovels, hammers, and drills, as required.
• Perform general cleaning and maintenance of construction sites.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with other team members.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or accidents immediately.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and teamwork on the job site.
• Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters and masons, as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic construction techniques and tools is advantageous.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic understanding of construction safety practices and protocols.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering quality work.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Valid work permit or residency in Dubai.
