Job Description

Professional Construction Ltd, a well-established construction company operating in Canada, is currently seeking motivated and reliable Construction Labourer to join our team. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction projects and ensuring their successful completion. Responsibilities:

Assist with various construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment setup.
Follow instructions from the construction team lead and carry out assigned tasks efficiently.
Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Clean and maintain construction sites to ensure a safe and organized working environment.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
Assist skilled workers, such as carpenters or masons, with their daily tasks.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to achieve project goals.
Adhere to project timelines and assist in meeting project deadlines.
Perform general labor duties as assigned by the construction team lead.

Requirements:

Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset but not required.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow in the construction field.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Good communication skills in English.
Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
