Job Description

Dhariwal Construction Ltd., a reputable construction company based in Canada, is currently seeking dedicated and motivated Construction Laborers to join our team immediately. We have urgent openings for individuals who are ready to work in the fast-paced construction industry. Responsibilities:

Assist in various construction tasks, including site preparation, digging trenches, and demolition.
Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment as required.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
Assist skilled workers, such as carpenters and masons, in their daily tasks.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform general labor duties as assigned by the construction team lead.
Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and contribute to the overall success of the construction projects.

Requirements:

Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset but not required.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Excellent work ethic and willingness to learn and grow in the construction field.
Strong attention to detail and a focus on maintaining a safe work environment.
Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
