Job Responsibilities

As an HR Specialist at KIN LONG Construction Materials Trading, your primary responsibilities will include:

Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training.

Education and Qualification
