Job Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor with RTC-1 Employment Services, your main responsibilities will include:
- Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with project teams to monitor and control project budgets.
- Quantity Takeoff: Perform quantity takeoff and measurements from project drawings and specifications.
- Contract Management: Administer and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Change Order Analysis: Evaluate and process change orders in accordance with project requirements.
- Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
- Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand project requirements and negotiate contracts.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of cost estimates, budgets, and project data.
Education and Qualification
The ideal candidate for the Quantity Surveyor position should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
