Key Responsibilities:

6. Contract Management: Oversee contract administration, including negotiation and monitoring.

9. Progress Reporting: Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

12. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, drawings, and reports.
13. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, including engineers, technicians, and support staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Civil Engineer, with a strong track record of managing civil engineering projects.
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, design software, and construction techniques.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to relocate to Singapore.
