Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and assemble in-flight meals according to airline standards and menu specifications.
Handle and store food items safely and hygienically.
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking.
Follow established recipes and portion control guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and food storage areas.
Pack meals into airline carts and ensure they are properly sealed and labeled.
Coordinate with other team members to meet meal service deadlines.
Assist in loading and unloading airline carts onto aircraft.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to food safety regulations.
Report any food quality or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Education and Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
