Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on kitchen and laundry equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
Inspect and test equipment to identify issues and recommend necessary repairs.
Install, calibrate, and adjust equipment to meet safety and operational standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities.
Ensure the proper functioning of kitchen and laundry equipment to minimize downtime.
Comply with safety protocols and guidelines.
Keep up-to-date with equipment manuals and technical specifications.

Education and Qualification:

Diploma or certification in equipment maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Kitchen & Laundry Technician.
Knowledge of kitchen and laundry equipment, including ovens, stoves, washing machines, and dryers.
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
