Job Responsibilities:

General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the motel and restaurant facilities.
HVAC Maintenance: Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Plumbing: Conduct plumbing repairs and address leaks, blocked drains, and other plumbing issues.
Electrical: Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including lighting, outlets, and switches.
Carpentry: Perform carpentry work, such as repairing furniture, doors, windows, and fixtures.
Painting: Carry out painting tasks to maintain the appearance of the property.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and service equipment and machinery used in the motel and restaurant.

Qualifications:
