Job Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel.
• Customer Service: Ensure that customers have a positive dining experience by maintaining high service standards and resolving any issues promptly.
• Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food and beverage costs to maximize profitability.
• Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs to develop and update menus, including pricing strategies and seasonal offerings.
• Quality Control: Monitor food preparation, presentation, and taste to uphold quality standards.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as health and safety protocols.
• Financial Management: Prepare budgets, track expenses, and manage the restaurant’s financial performance.
• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including special promotions and events.
• Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with regular customers and gather feedback to improve the restaurant’s offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in restaurant management, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Eligibility for a work visa in Singapore, if required.
