Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultation: Serve as a trusted HR advisor to client organizations, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  2. HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with clients’ business objectives and drive organizational growth.
  3. Talent Management: Advise on talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies, including workforce planning and succession planning.
  4. Leadership Development: Design and deliver leadership development programs and coaching to enhance leadership capabilities.
  5. Employee Engagement: Collaborate on initiatives to boost employee engagement and workplace culture.
  6. Change Management: Support clients in managing organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  7. Performance Management: Assist in developing performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback mechanisms.
  8. HR Compliance: Ensure clients’ HR practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
  9. Data and Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights for decision-making and strategy development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
