- Act as a mentor to junior staff and contribute to their development.
- Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and ethics.
Education and Experience:
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Previous experience in a similar nursing role is advantageous.
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering person-centered care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
