Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks as necessary.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Assist with inventory management and cost control.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Education and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Second Chef or similar role.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
