Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and report any changes in residents’ physical or emotional well-being.
Collaborate with the care team to create personalized care plans for each resident.
Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
Assist in organizing and participating in recreational activities.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure residents’ safety and dignity.

Education and Qualification:

Prior experience in a care-giving role is preferred but not mandatory.
NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is a plus.
Basic understanding of medication administration and health monitoring.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
