Job Responsibilities (Taxi Driver):
- Safely operate a taxi vehicle to transport passengers to their destinations.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers as needed.
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations to ensure passenger safety.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the taxi vehicle.
- Accept fares, process payments, and provide receipts to passengers.
- Keep records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Handle customer inquiries and address concerns professionally.
Job Responsibilities (Bike Rider):
- Operate a bike to make timely deliveries to various locations.
- Ensure the safe transport of goods and parcels.
- Follow delivery schedules and route instructions.
- Maintain the bike in good working condition.
- Provide friendly and courteous customer service during deliveries.
- Verify and obtain signatures on delivery documents.
- Report any issues or incidents to the supervisor.
Education and Qualification:
- For Taxi Driver: Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
- For Bike Rider: Valid UAE bike riding license (preferred but not required).
- Good knowledge of Dubai’s roads and routes.
- Previous experience in driving or riding roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
